This home really is a cut above your average Sandy Point holiday home. Everything is quality throughout. The stand out feature is the kitchen and living/dining area. The area is very large and open. The kitchen is very well equipped with upmarket appliances including a dishwasher. There is a large island bench overlooking the living area. The living and dining area are very comfortably furnished and has a wood heater for winter warmth. There is a colour TV, DVD and a comprehensive sound system. There is an additional lounge area, which includes an additional colour TV, and DVD.
There are three bedrooms sleeping eight overall. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a walk in wardrobe and a fully equipped en suite bathroom including a huge spa bath. Bedroom two and three each have bunks, a single bed over double bed in each room.
There is a large master bathroom with a separate toilet. The laundry has an automatic washing machine.
The living area opens onto a large timber decked area, which in turn looks out over rural paddocks. A gas BBQ is provided.
